   Given the condition of Ontario's Home Care program you would think   
   that Queen's Park would at least have a serious look at....why!   
   They don't have to look very hard. It turns out the dollars in the   
   budget for this all important program are being chewed up by   
   bureaucratic overhead in  excess of 50%. If a private corporation was   
   running an overhead at this level, it would just be a notation in the   
   History Books.  Has a government with a majority ever been forced to   
   resign? It would be a great time to set a precedent.
