   I've provided a link on how Ontario is getting screwed on its natural   
   resources and I assume things aren't much better in the other   
   provinces and territories. This seems to be an area that provincial   
   governments   
   are just ignoring (with the exception of the oil & gas producers) and   
   are too busy directly screwing the taxpayers without looking at how   
   revenue can be improved directly from resources. But what the hell,   
   it's so easy to screw taxpayers, why go to other corners.
