NDP polls *ahead* of Doug Ford's Cons

   The most recent poll - Ipsos/Global News - has the NDP one point *ahead* of   
   Ford's Cons.  If Andrea Horwath can maintain the momentum, we just may say a   
   new NDP government taking a turn at being Ontario's government.
