   1)  The movers:  All the defeated incumbents have to clear out, but many of   
   the MPPs who held on to their seats will be moving up to a better office   
   (mainly PCs, but including Horwath and her leadership team), or down to a   
   worse office (all the Liberals).   
      
   2)  The next Speaker and the parliamentary staff:  About 60% of the members   
   are new to Queen's Park ... a few have previously served in Ottawa, but   
   that's a large number of people who've never dealt with parliamentary   
   procedures before.   
      
   3)  Staff of former MPPs:  When the people fire your boss, you get laid off   
   too, and if it's anything like Ottawa, pathways into the regular public   
   service are limited.   
      
   4)  Anyone who had an issue that their MPP was looking into for them:  Not   
   only is there a good chance your MPP has been replaced, but the traditional   
   hand-off will be complicated by redistribution.
