Tag the rich and the gamblers and give a break to the average British   
   Columbian - particularly those with student loans or children.   
      
   A surplus budget . . . and some major investigations that have been the source   
   of real estate inflation and drugs on our streets.   
      
   You want a good government?  Get out of the Conservative/Liberal groove and   
   vote in the New Democrats.  Hopefully we'll see a permanent merger between the   
   Greens and the NDP and make that party unstoppable.
