   The Urban Heat Island Effect is observable, objective reality. World wide it   
   is mistaken for GLOBAL WARMING!   
      
   80% of humans live in cities, while cities only comprise 2.7% of land area.   
   No wonder people are cooking!   
      
   I once measured the UHIE between Ladysmith and Nanaimo at 5 degrees   
   centigrade. A recent CBC article suggested it was 9 C. in Vancouver. It has   
   been rumored that it is 14 C. in Paris, France. Knowledge of the UHIE can   
   give swindlers sway over the groveling ignorant masses. Money, Power and   
   Greed corrupt, absolute Money, Power and Greed corrupt absolutely. Never   
   assume a politician on the make is not corrupt!   
      
   I was giving my brother in Los Angeles some climate advice. When I looked up   
   the UHIE in LA I found it is listed at 22 degrees!!! No wonder the Green   
   religion is California's State religion. No wonder Jane Fonda, Pam Anderson,   
   Neil Young all fly up to Canada to preach their green religion in Canada!!!   
      
   There are ways to mitigate UHIE. In Republican neighborhoods they paint the   
   blacktop roads white. A better solution is to use asphalt made with green   
   rubber rather that rock aggregate.   
      
   Mitigation of UHIE was first tackled by the Moors of Spain in the tenth   
   century. They had Christian slaves to do the work. They used white-wash on   
   the outside of their haciendas. Their two story castles were inward looking,   
   with atriums open to the sky. In the middle were ponds and fountains. No air   
   conditioning was required. The Moors were not stupid like present day   
   humans.   
      
   Given that the GREEN RELIGION is the greatest swindle in 1000 years, what   
   are you going to do about it?
