From: cynical-bastard@hotmail.com              So the Liberals won the election, albeit with a minority. And Randy-Andy's       "campaign of hate' blew up in his face. The east rejected Scheer's "Culture       of Hate", while the west embraced it. And everyone is saying the country is       more divided than ever.        Alberta is screaming, "We're out of here, and we will kill anyone from Ontario       who dares enter our province." Nice! Also, the yellow-vesters, those       wonderful bigots, are already threatening to assassinate Justin. Again,       nice. What I wonder is, last        week, Scheer started to scream and yell that, if the conservatives won the       election, he would force Justin Trudeau to resign. I wonder if Justin will       return the favour and force Randy-Andy to resign, since Scheer lost.               As it stands, the Liberal have 157 seats, the cons 121, the Block 32, the NDP       24, the Greens 3, and that bitch what's-her-name is the lone independent. If       the Greens, the Block, and the independent band together to try to defeat the       Liberals, they have        157 seats, the same number as the Liberals. Jagmeet Singh said he would not       work with Scheer because Scheer refused to apologize for his derogatory       comment where he compared Gay people to dogs. So who holds the real power       here?               Now what will Scheer do?              Will it matter?              The "experts say, nothing gets done when there is a minority government.        Well, there are two ways to look at that. Nothing good will get done, as the       balance of power will be holding thins up. Then again, nothing bad will get       done, like Scheer's        blatant lies about not raising the abortion issue or the same-sex marriage       issue, two issues the religious right supported the conservatives on to get       both abolished.              Me? I still want any religious organization stripped of their charitable       status and have them declared a lobby group, if they become politically       involved (separation of church and state), and have them taxed accordingly!              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
