   In Ford's case, there haven't been major tax breaks anywhere, and in the   
   case of the teachers, some of whom are threatening to strike this week,   
   they've gone from making close to the average wage 20 years ago to making   
   over 150% of the average wage today ... and their numbers have increased   
   despite a decline in the number of students.

   Umm ... Kenney's not the one talking about a general strike, the unions are.
