   The Liberals promised to build the LRT for a $1 billion, but thought it   
   would really cost $3 billion, and the Tories say it will cost $5.5 billion.   
      
   Hamilton can still have the $1 billion in transit funding; but the Province   
   isn't getting into the LRT moneypit.
