When he actually does something positive       to correct that, then brag about how good a job he's doing verses what the       Liberals did.               By the way, before you get all hot and bothered under the collar like       conservatives like to do, let me tell you about my personal experience with       Ontario's "broken" health care system, and this happened while the Liberals       were still in power (February,        2018). My wife was hit with a very dangerous infection that developed in a       wound in her leg and ended up being pumped through her system and wound up       causing two abscesses within her brain. She was unconscious when I came home       and found her. The        paramedics had her to the hospital within forty-minutes of calling. She was       diagnosed within ninety-minutes, and operated on within twenty-four hours.        The care she received was exemplary! For four weeks, the hospital staff, both       the Doctors and Nurses,        looked after her with the utmost level of professionalism. I will say this,       the Doctor who operated on her did not pull and punches, nor did he sugar-coat       her situation. It was THE most dangerous condition someone could ever       experience, and despite        the operation being a success, there was no guarantee for a total recovery.        Unfortunately, due to the nature of her illness, it did return, and again       unfortunately, she finally succumbed to her illness on St. Patrick's day,       2018. Having seen the        healthcare system in action, I have nothing but praise for the system.              The problem I see is that Ford wants the healthcare system to fail to appease       his buddies who want us to have a "for-profit" system so they can become       overnight multi-millionaires.               --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
