   Sophistry is the practiced use of false and deceitful argument to win the   
   hearts and minds of uneducated people. How does one become a Sophist? Go to   
   University and study Logic. Logic is taught in the Philosophy, Mathematics   
   and Electrical Engineering Departments. So far there are 19 known logical   
   fallacies. 'Wannabe Sophists' study these and incorporate them in Writing   
   and Speech. The downside of this is that other 'Don't Wannabe Sophists' will   
   detect Sophistry and denounce the liars.   
      
   The Precautionary Principle specifically denounces Science. The word   
   "Science" is derived from Latin 'Scientia' which means "knowledge". What   
   knowledgeable person would denounce knowledge? Only the delusional, such as   
   Justin Trudeau.   
      
   The Precautionary Principle is captured in International Treaty Law. Justin   
   Trudeau is the type of person who attends International events with his   
   climate buddy Elizabeth May and these events devolve into drunkard   
   celebrations of false success.   
      
   The Precautionary Principle Treaty would cause less damage in it were   
   restricted to Climate Law, the UN FCCC and the IPCC. But when it leaks   
   Medicine, it causes a world of hurt for people waiting for surgery. Because   
   of the PP, Canada is 20-30 years behind adopting surgical devices that other   
   enlighted nations would use. Justin Trudeau is the Mussolini of Canada.   
   Justin Trudeau believes in "Magical Thinking". "Magical Thinking".is at the   
   root of many International Treaties from which Canada should withdraw,
