All I did was this:

I created an OS/2 virtual machine in VMware Player with an initial hard drive
size of 40GB.  I then mounted my OS/2 Warp 4.52 ISO and installed it normally
as if I was installing on a physical machine.

I had no problems with it working and the networking worked correctly "out of
the box" also.
