I have gmail forwarding email from my accounts there to my exchange server
here actually.  I've since given up on that and decided to use BBBS' SMTPd
(which at this point, I am beginning to think is a big mistake since it
doesn't seem to have any spam or user account checking (to see if the user
actually exists in the user database).
