Is this a VM or a physical machine?  Either way I would do a backup first
and then run the upgrade portion of the setup as I believe the ECS installer
will detect an existing ECS install and then switch over to migration mode
automatically.  

But, why not upgrade to ArcaOS 5.0.1? :)  (Oh, that would require a fresh
install of the OS though, sadly.)
