For the personal version...you get 6 months of support...but I believe a full
year with the pro version. Since I was able to add the year of support for
less than half of what I would pay additionally for the pro version...just
got the personal version. My year upgrade ran me $58. Compared to what MS
charges/used to charge for retail versions...$58 is very reasonable.
