SIO2K may be causing issues.  I have never used it myself but I know of others
who have had to switch back to SIO 1.60d.  Also, why such a dramatic jump in
versions with BinkD?  Andrew Leary, who also runs an ArcaOS-based BBS, had
issues with -112 but dropped to -111 and everything seems to work okay.
