OK.  As usual, still too few details.

At a minumum you are going to need an updated os2krnl.  There's a defect
in the kernel that shipped with eCS2.0 GA that caused the Process Dump
Facility to trap the kernel.  Since this is a new installation of eCS
2.0GA, I recommend that you submit a support ticket at

 http://www.ecomstation.com/support/tickets/ticket_create.php?DepartmentID=1

to get the process started.

IIRC, there are a number of folks on the Apache/2 list using Proliant
servers.  I recommend you post to the list and ask for tuning tips.

My only comment at the moment is to repeat what I have said before in
recent e-mails - a general description of a failure will generally get you
a general description of possible solutions.
