it is my robot ;) i've been providing posting services of rules and echolist
updates for many years... i continue to do so... i've not been asked to stop
nor have i been given the authority to set the area with me as moderator...
i've not asked, either, but i have thought about it... especially since i am
the moderator for all (?) the OS2 areas ;)
