I notice a similar behaviour of Seamonkey since 2.1. Downloading a file 
works the first time after program start, but when I try to download 
another file later on, it always crashes. At least it saves the site 
information and restores the session after program restart.
I am running eCS 1.2R and have installed the patched TCPIP32.DLL, but no 
effect.
