I'm trying to communicate from eCS 1.2 (guest) to COM1 on Win XP (host) and
nothing is going through. I've mapped the eCS virtual COM1 to the physical
COM1 but can't get any communications going (using a serial cable to another
PC and running a terminal program, eCS has com.sys installed). 

I've tested the COM1 communication over the host and that works just fine.

Has anybody actually gotten serial comm to work on eCS running as a guest or
is there info available how to troubleshoot this under VPC 2005?
