My help setup is not working well for me.  I'd like to have help working for
my programs that 
seem to be calling view - all I get is newview throwing an empty screen with a
usage box popup.

For example, ZOC has, in its directory, g:\zoc4\zoc.hlp which I can open with
newview by 
clicking directly on the file, but invoking help from the menubar does not
work.

I'd like to be able to have one easy way to access help, whether it be for OS2
commands, TCP/IP 
commands and functions, REXX, or the applications as well.

If I open newview and then click open, I need to specify a directory  (whether
it be x:\os2\help or 
x:\tcpip\help or y:\os2progs\help and then I can select from a list of files;
many with cryptic and 
unintuitive names.

I don't mind going to an open cmd window and entering HELP REXX or HELP FTP or
whatever.

Is this as good as it gets?
