I have a zip of Powerchute Plus but I have no idea what version. 
Readme.txt doesn't say.  I haven't used it in a decade.

Have you tried BKUPSMON 
http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/download/pub/os2/util/power/bkupsmon013.zip  It is 
up to date unless your APC UPS is really really old I don't think PC+ will 
work with it.
