With an edonkey client you can grab it.  As Trifle said:

"Compiles and works.  Archive includes compiler and library for
building. Simplified directory structure.  v0.002."

When you unpack the .zip archive, read src153.txt to get started.  In
that file, "he" said you need DOS or WIN9X to build it, but I think you
can also use DOSBox on WINXP. ;-)
