The echolist is a private thing.  At one time it was considered a must, but
today, it is merely a listing of those moderators who wish to keep it up 
The Backbone is the only thing that matters.  As for the source code, I thought
the bank owned it.  I remember the ex manager and co-founder of CDC coming into
this echo with a fix to remove the nags from the 15.1 beta.  As for setting it
up, not hard to do, as I have it all set up on a DVD.  Just copy it over .
It would take a little effort recreating the conferences, but otherwise it is
all there.  I did do exactly that on a test system not long ago.  It worked
immediately.  Didnt have a front end, but I suppose now with a 32 bit frontend
and the workaround I have for  SBBS I could conceiveably run it again.
