 -> As for the source code, I thought the bank owned it. Copyrights are a not an ordinary asset. They can only be transferred by a written document which is clear and specific. Creditors in bankruptcy do not automatically acquire copyrights from a debtor. If no written copyright transfer document was executed between CDC and the bank, then the copyrights still belong to CDC, which is now a non existent entity. I doubt the bank was savvy enough to get such a document.
