I've got a problem, yes I know you may have many more!

Whether you know it or not it's impossible to send netmail to other
zones from PCB v15.22 and earlier. Within your own zone it's OK.

I'm running PCBoard v15.22 but I do also own v15.4 beta but I have been
putting off the installation of that for many years because the required
new translation of the PCBTEXT.LNG files that are expanded compared to
the earlier PCBTEXT files.

The problem is that I have them translated to swedish, finnish and
german and it's quite a job to do that.

My only carrot to update to v15.4 would be the inclusion of the INTL
kludge in netmails so that netmail can be sent to other zones.

I know I could use another mailer but I like to running PCBoard barefoot
as I have done since v14.5.
