Yeah, was playing around with Synchronet 2.30c for OS/2.  For some 
reason SBBSECHO there generates corrupt outbound packets that Wildcat! 
and PX/Wins cannot process.  I will have to work on that some more.  In 
the meantime, I am still using BBBS/2 as my point system.
