I'll see if I can find the origin, because I have both the DOS and OS/2
versions in my PCBoard directory, although not implemented for PCB.

It shouldn't be a problem to set it up, just check how the other PCBxx
archivers are configured for both receive and send.

I did notice however, when looking into the CEXYZ2.EXE, that it is
specifically intended for OS/2
