Because while you are concentrating on alleged mayhem, those of us
with a more optimistic viewpoint focus on things like this:

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is now rated, **FINALLY** as the best
pediatric facility in the country if not the entire world.

The University of Pennsylvania's School of Medicine is the
   2nd best medical/ academic
research institution in the country. Only Johns Hopkins stands in our way
to the number 1 position now.

The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania was recently named
to the U.S. News and World Report hospital Honor Roll. Heck,
after so many years of being consistently in the top 10 for
years and years there's only so many more accolades they can get
and this is a big one.

Closer to home. My neighborhood, Fairmount/Spring Garden is
experiencing a building boom. New town houses. New condo
   projects. Rehabs of existing rowhouses.

Look if all you are going to do is accentuate the negative
I feel very sorry for you.
