    [LaMott] Town Watch information   
      
   Trained as 'eyes and ears" for the Police Department, Town Watch   
   volunteers patrol their neighborhoods looking for suspicious activity,   
   which they immediately report to police via car phones.  Wyncote South   
   and Melrose Park-Elkins Park West currently have Town Watches, but any   
   neighborhood can launch a new one.
