   Not at all.

It read "Reserved Parking" with the wheelchair logo for the handicapped, and
gave the hours for Monday to Friday and Saturday. Not a word about Sunday.
If not specifically prohibited, parking is LEGAL.

A person has a right to expect signs to be clear and accurate. I went by the
signs, not the fact that the facility was closed.

That's fine - but no excuse for Philadelphia to set traps for purely
   revenue-raising purposes.

   > Hdp spaces aren't just for the handicapped--all of society benefits.

Like the victims of this SCAM?

You are merely an apologist for extortionists, and it is because people like
you tolerate this sort of abuse that it continues to victimize the innocent.
I hope YOU get an unjustified ticket someday and thus learn what it is like
trying to get justice from these government criminals.
