   Yeah  the Republican controlled state...    Clearly you were unaware that the   
   Governor of the commonwealth not only puts a big D after his name, but was also   
   the party chairman a few years ago.   
      
   Of course Philadelphia City Hall does such a great job amidst all the   
   corruption,   
   with federal agents crawling all over the filth and some more crooked cronies   
   were   
   found guilty a month or two ago.   One of the most powerful legislators in the   
   entire state is Senator Vince Fumo, (D-Exelon) and now the authorities are   
   finally   
   taking a look at his "non-profit" companies and how he cruised around shaking   
   down   
   utilities for multi-million dollar bribes/donations.   
      
   Nobody cared indeed.
