   First if discussing criminal law, no criminal law firm bills for 60 work   
   weeks.  2nd, most lawyers don't have corporate clients willing to pay for   
   huge amounts of time spent on what they wish.  3rd, if you truly think that   
   judges are lazy that's your prerogative but it doesn't accord with reality.   
   Most competent full time judges spend more time on the items I suggested   
   than most folks spend during a normal workday.  I'll bet I know a lot more   
   judges than you do and have a better idea of the workload than you do.
