They are fed up with lame excuses and       > spin.       >                     Let's see, when I check the census data, the city's rate of population       decline seems to have slowed according to best estimate, it's still       declining, but big cities in the US with no land to expand do tend to       lose population, the cities that have grown like Phoenix and Houston to       name two have land to develop still or land to incorporate and add to       their population.              2nd, why the personal attack?              3rd, as for dirty streets, I don't see garbage stacking up for weeks,       and while some blocks don't get weekly cleaning, it probably isn't cost       effective for a city to clean every block regularly either.
