   Drugs - National Problem   
   Low-income - National Problem   
   Poor Education - National Problem   
      
   All the problems you speak of (that Philadelphia has) Philadelphia does not   
   control.   
      
   Crime is caused by people, not a city   
   Crime is caused by poverty, not a city   
   Poverty in this city was a direct result of Federal actions (closing of the   
   Navy Yard, trade agreements that caused the destruction of the manufacturing   
   industry, etc...)   
   Crime is caused by a lack of education, which the city is not wealthy enough   
   to fix.   
      
   So what exactly are you complating for? and to who? and why?   
      
   Because it is not the city of Philadelphia's fault.
