   More ligeral mumbo jumbo! Nobody *needs* to live without fear. It's   
   unrealistic to even expect utopia in the first place, and a little fear is

   Why do you seem to be unable to wrap your brain around the truth? The   
   threat of punishment is not a deterrent. The threat of a severe punishment   
   can even incite criminal activity. Once again, this simple fact has been   
   tested and proven over the entire course of human history.
