   I think there is  at least a two prong approach: 1. Understanding the   
   connections to a better life which means clean air, freedom of violent crime   
   and making the chances of happier life with good families.   
   2.We need a stronger , much stronger saner detterent in our penalty phase of   
   our court system PERIOD. I love life. I am totally in love with life.Its sad   
   to think that people who don't love life might not care about those that   
   hate life and people who kill others .For if they did, they would be sending   
   a stronger message to our country about doing something about violent crime.   
   Even if it takes putting a camera up in every major interesection . For our   
   country to be really great again, we must stop the slaughter in this   
   country! We must show there is a body slam for  a detterence! No perks, no   
   radio, no tvs, no computers , just give them a long long life without   
   freedom or contraband. We owe it to our people to stop the slaughter of   
   innocent people and do more to stop this!   
   3- Finally the other aspect is the formation of an ethics class in our   
   schools to make people aware of the basics in our law system and doing the   
   right things in life and why its all connected  in who we become . Even   
   strong families and why one should have them and what to do if you don't   
   should be talked about   
   In that regard having a system in place that will id kids early on who are   
   at risk and  have a program in place to somehow strenghthen kids confidence   
   or place them in better environment. Yes its going to cost but we as a   
   society will be improved. Are we really free in the US? if we are dependent   
   on fear and mistrust and crime ? Trust me , I know people who are victims of   
   crime , its really worse right now then even many people believe it is.
