   Oh yeah, I read Philadelphia has one of the highest asthma numbers for a   
   major city and GROWING, another wonderful metropolitan accomplishmentand one   
   of the highest average particulate rate which is the worse form of   
   pollutions. That on top of our near stellar performance in job creation and   
   low taxes (lol)  and rising crime,  makes Philly a mecca for the highly   
   functional, right John?  What a fantastic place to live, be and create in .
