   What's the asthma rate for the entire region?  One major problem is that   
   it's easier to get rates for big cities than suburbs because big cities   
   have health departments that actually track things.  Looking at sales   
   of prescription inhalers and drugs used to treat asthma at least   
   implies that the suburbs are just as bad off in the region.
