   Now the taxpayers can  reap the reward of Rendell, Street and Abraham. Its   
   called violent crime. Can't wait for the next three years. This city is   
   starting to look like a war zone! Man I wish I had the bucks to move. I see   
   more people casing out places now then I ever did in my life and most of the   
   time police are not there.  Just a typical day in Philly area. People   
   getting shot in back, hit and run death, car jacking, teen almost abducted   
   yesterday and no composite or sketch and from the sound of it , this looked   
   very serious and nothing more?, Philly people arrested for murder (wait
