   Then, who exactly is filling up all the swell condos and apt/   
   lofts that seem to be growing day by day in and near Center City?   
   I'll tell you it is. A lot of twentysomething/30something people.   
      
   But, yes, it is *well* known that most people who graduate   
   from Phila. area colleges/universities don't stay.
