   Did anyone catch the small Philad Inquirer article about a guy convicted of   
   a car  chase and shootout  in the open public( i think he robbed someone)   
   with POLICE! and  got only 20 months in jail! He will be out in a year with   
   good behav.. Prosecutor is protesting but the article was so small.  And you   
   wonder what this world is coming to? . I hope the Inquirer names the judge!   
   I am asking anyone here if they know more about this case to please post.
