   Delaware County man pleaded guilty to two felonies rather then go on trial   
   this wek on attempted homicide and other charges stemming from a shoot out   
   following a police chase in August 2002.   
     Nasir Frisby25, was sentenced to 27 monthsin prison by Delaware County   
   Court Judge Patricia Jenkins after he pleaded guilty Monday to aggravated   
   asault and being a former felon (!) in possession of a firearm.   
   Frisby and another man led officers on a chase near Highland Garden section   
   of the city, then crashed his motorcycle and fled across several lanes of   
   traffic, police said. At the meidan strip, he opened fire at pursuing   
   officers before trying o run across more lanes of traffic, police said.   
    AssistantDistrict Attorney Joseph Brielmann said that the conviction was a   
   violation of Frisby's parole in tow cases and that authorities would seek   
   more jail time  .
