   Ps and to Rebecca Park, I didn't know you but its really too bad you didn't   
   take your running and education to a safer city . Sometimes what we don't   
   know can kill you. It was not your fault though but maybe , just maybe   
   someone else will see the connections and protect themselves next time. I   
   will miss your spirit by just looking at your eyes and its sad to think evil   
   wins when a city and its people accept the daily murders as something that   
   one has to accept without suggesting changes. I suggest moving because its   
   pretty obvious nothing much is going to change here.
