   Of course, accepting crime as "status quo" is wrong, but singling out   
   Philadelphia as if it is experiencing something unique to other cities   
   is irrational. Crime is a major problem in all American cities. Compared   
   to other American cities, Philadelphia is actually fairly low in terms   
   of violent crime frequency, if I am not mistaken.
