   Oh please. Philly is in trouble because of what everyone does but denies.   
   Northerners generally are bigots.   
      
   Brown v. Board of Education desegrated the South. The North was never   
   desegregated, so it has remained the nation's true bastion of racism. The   
   Supreme cowards never had the guts to desegregate the North.   
      
   As long as property taxes fund schools and municipalities locally, the   
   racism in municipal services and education will continue while suburbanites   
   are shocked when someone says "nigger".   
      
   It's the tax segregation, stupid!
