   studies have shown that smokers have contribute / contributed to the bad air   
   in philly.  why doesn't bush jail all the smokers and ex-smokers who   
   contributed this situation?  can't you people see that until these people   
   are punished the problems will continue?  they should be sued, or jailed, or   
   both.  the second hand smoke alone has been proven to cause cancer, asthma,   
   bad air, and all sorts of respitory illnesses. why is the media ignoring   
   this? why is mayor street ignoring this? obviously this is a conspiracy.
