   um, I think they have tried and succeeded  in stopping smokers in the work   
   place and at many retail establishments and working environments , but I am   
   not sure your reasoning could adjust to that level, because one would have   
   to leave the home first?  Now about your arrest mentality, you sure jumped   
   your meds again, as it would be nice to just have them clean up the stuff   
   they pollute the air with (never said arrest) but I guess if you want to   
   rationalize that as arresting them, one can easily see why the   
   constitutional center is lucky to have you onboard lol..
