   I suggest reading the info at the following URL and noting that an aide in   
   Chicago's Water Department admits to being a bag man and passing on illegal   
   funds to Daley's campaign coffers.  Somehow I suspect that local newspapers   
   would be calling for Street's head if the equivalent happened here.   
      
   Let me note that it appears to be a pay for play scheme too.
