   Or at least that's what a recent UN report concludes.  For one example,   
   consider that for the past five years (funny how that works out) the infant   
   mortality rate has increased in the US, when it had been declining until   
   guess who got into office.   
      
   I realize that for unthinking conservatives, just being from the UN is   
   enough to dismiss it, but it sure would be nice to see some facts which   
   logically refute the report rather than an attack on the UN again.
